Romania: Another 2 km of virtual fencing have been installed

Another 2 km of virtual fence have been installed in Romania, on National Road 1 (DN1), Persani area. The first 2 km from Timis area (Brasov county) have proven to be successful, consequently the action has been replicated in another project area as well. This was only possible due to the effective collaboration with the National Company for Road Infrastructure Administration (Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges Brasov-DRDP Brasov). This action will mitigate the negative impact that roads have on wildlife.
